Huize Frankendael is the last country house in Amsterdam. Built in the 17th century, the house was used by notables to enjoy nature and friendship. The city has now embraced the country house, but little enjoyment has changed. The house, garden and kitchen are open all year round every day for the combination of nature, gastronomy and culture.
If you are coming out of Amsterdam and would like to avoid a night travel back home, here are some recommendations very near the neighbourhood:
It is not possible to park on Huize Frankendel. Parking is available in the VOMAR parking garage, diagonally across the street. Exit tickets for the garage are for sale in our restaurant.
